Glancy Fawcett is pleased to support the Sale Central Scout Group, based locally to our Manchester Showroom.
Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. With the help of fantastic adult volunteers, like our very own Matthew Darke, Logistics Coordinator, and the increasing interest from young people, the Sale Central Scout Group is the only group in South Manchester to have two venues. Unfortunately, not all young members of the community can afford to become a Youth Member and rely on the Bursary Scheme to participate in activities.
Sale Central Scouts' values of trust, care, integrity and teamwork mirror Glancy Fawcett's own ethos. We are proud of Matthew and his contribution, commitment and compassion and we believe in giving young people the opportunity to develop important skills. As such, we are proud to be supporting the Bursary Scheme.
