Glancy Fawcett Statement:

As a Company, we wanted first to take a moment to wish you, your loved ones and colleagues well, and secondly, update you on the measures we are taking to ensure we uphold our exceptional levels of service to clients and suppliers alike. We are here to work together and support you, however we can.   

Within this page, and our digital channels, you will find the latest Company updates from Glancy Fawcett. We have also included a link to our helpful resources page with some great information that we feel our clients and industry alike may find useful during these troubling times, helping to remain informed and to maintain wellbeing. We wish you all the best during this time. 


Current Statement: 24th March 4:00pm 

With global developments incoming, the COVID-19 virus is naturally impacting all. That said; positively, communities are uniting. Friends, family, businesses and colleagues alike are joining in making the best of an unfamiliar situation.

Although sadly not the case for all, our Company currently remains mostly unaffected by the virus; however, we are taking the precautionary measures to ensure our clients, suppliers and staff are safe. As of Monday 23rd March, the majority of the Glancy Fawcett team will be moving to remote working to follow the latest governmental advice. However, please rest assured that we have robust procedures in place to ensure we continue to deliver our renowned customer service, keeping in continued communication.   

In more detail; our project, client and office teams will be working from home at full capacity. The majority of our Warehouse and Showroom staff are also working remotely; however, we are using a significantly reduced skeleton team to ensure urgent orders are still being processed, and government guidelines are respected. These measures will always ensure staff safety while allowing us to maintain service, orders and project logistics.  

While international travel is, of course, limited at this time, we have video conferencing facilities that are available for virtual showroom visits, and our team will continue to communicate with you regarding project updates and enquiries via video calls, telephone calls and via email.   

We want to reassure you that the Glancy Fawcett Team is working hard to maintain our exceptional levels of service, allowing our clients to continue their projects while supporting our valued suppliers. From our Company to you, we wish you well and will continue to keep you informed.
