What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you visit our website, register interest with us, negotiate a sale with us, or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete enquiry forms, in person or on our website, or when you offer your contact details at trade shows. If you use the online enquiry form, you'll be asked for a response to 'reCAPTCHA' to ensure you are a human and not spam. This is run and stored by Google, not by Glancy Fawcett. When you visit our website, you usually can visit without providing any personal information. However, when you do visit our website, our website automatically gathers specific information, such as your IP (Internet Protocol) address, ISP (Internet service provider), your browser type, operating system, language, your demographics, the website from which you visit us, and any browser add-on technologies that are available for content delivery, the pages on our Sites you visit and in what sequence, and the date and length of your visit. Website usage information is collected using cookies. Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your device when you visit a site. For on-site security and crime prevention, we use a 3rd party to monitor our building in Manchester. We have CCTV installed 24/7 which is only referred back to if needed for the above reasons. Our provider's privacy policy is available if needed.

We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email or write to you about our products and services that we think may be of interest to you. We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. We will never share your information with 3rd parties for them to market to you. In processing your order, we may send your details to our suppliers and accountants to fulfil your order, but only necessary data. We always abide by our Non-Disclosure agreements and never make any of your data available to the public.
